It has been a much anticipated event for myself, and something I have been so excited about since I made the decision to book this stall.

As a mother of 3 children and a Psychologist who has been working within the Perinatal and Infant Mental Health field, I understand the incredible journey of parenthood, from the exciting anticipation of welcoming a new little one into your lives, to the joys and challenges of nurturing and supporting your growing family. It's a journey filled with love, laughter, overwhelm and endless learning, and I'm honored to be a part of it alongside you.

Inspirational art work for your home

Throughout Our First Year of You, there is beautifully designed activity cards with phrases which capture the essence of gratitude, mindfulness and self-compassion for families. The phrases are supportive to families no matter what phase of life you are in, not just for the first year of baby's life. You have the opportunity to purchase these art works, in A4, 300gsm matte finish card stock to add to your home decor. If you miss the chance to purchase in person, please reach out and we can arrange purchase post expo. Those that are left will be going onto the website for purchase from Tuesday 14th May.
